If you are not fully satisfied with your gift basket, we will promptly exchange or
refund the cost of the basket, less a 15% restocking fee. All we ask is that you call us at (800) 252-6262 and return the basket to us, in its original condition, within 15 days.
If you have received a basket with broken contents, please call us within 10 days at
(800) 252-6262. We will arrange to replace the damaged items, or the entire basket, if necessary.
